South Africa - The games have arrived with SolarPop and are being processed in the warehouse. Deliveries will start going out this week, they will be sent by Courier using FirstFreight. You will receive an automated delivery tracking email from [email protected] Please contact [email protected] if you have any queries about your delivery.
Botswana - The deliveries will start going out later next week. The courier service will be confirmed next week, we will contact you directly by email next week to give you more information about the delivery and the courier service. Essen and European Fulfilment Update

🚚 Our European fulfilment partner assures us that all remaining European shipments will be out for delivery by tomorrow at the latest. If you're still waiting for your copy of Kavango to arrive, thank you for your patience. We have been unlucky with customs throughout this fulfilment. In Europe and the USA, the shipment was held at the port for weeks before being released.
🎁 We'll be selling a limited number of copies of Kavango at our stand at Essen. We had these delivered as part of our European Kickstarter fulfilment and we want to reassure you that they have not been prioritised over Kickstarter deliveries. Our priority is and has always been our backers, we remain incredibly grateful for your trust and support in this project.

Delivery Update for Europe and North America
Europe - Deliveries have started! Fulfilment Europe are our fulfilment provider - look out for an email from [email protected] about your delivery. We still haven't found out what caused the lengthy delay at customs, but that's in the past now!
North America - Flying Cloud have now shipped about 70% of the games in the USA and all but 4 Canada orders have been sent out. They've advised deliveries should be wrapped up by this time next weekend. They've also confirmed there’s nothing to be concerned about if packages to the same region are received at different times as they do not batch our shipments based on geographical location. If you haven't received a delivery notification yet, you can expect it soon. Look out for an email from [email protected] which will keep you updated on your delivery shipment. For the USA, our delivery provider varies from order to order based on weight and destination but the majority of US orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Canada orders will ship via DHL eCommerce. Those shipments will be shipped via a “duty paid” method, so that the packages arrive at their destination hassle-free.

Looking after your Deluxe player boards Are you finding the tuck-spaces a bit tricky? If you haven't got a guitar pick/plectrum for loosening those tabs watch here for how to loosen them up. If you have watched - yes it is that easy! Once the tabs are slightly loosened the cards will slide in easily every time, without damaging the cards or the boards.
How to pack away Kavango Not sure how to pack away your game? We've shown how to keep it neatly inside the box on Board Game Geek: - Deluxe Edition - - Kickstarter Edition -
Shuffle the cards! This last tip may seem obvious, but it is important! Make you sure you thoroughly shuffle the cards before your first game.
Animal card totals Some of you have noticed the typos on the tables showing how many of each animal type are in each deck. Here's how the table should look (these totals include the mini-expansion animals).

Europe - We're waiting for confirmation of customs clearance and will update you when the games arrive at the fulfilment hub. Fulfilment Europe are our fulfilment provider and look out for an email from [email protected] or DHL about your delivery.
Asia & Africa - Delivery to Asia and Africa will take a bit longer unfortunately. Our delivery partner, VFI, needs to combine the Kavango shipment with other games until they have a full container. This means it can take longer for deliveries to areas with small numbers of backers or where the board game market is smaller. VFI have begun their fulfilment in Asia and some of you will have received delivery notifications. Deliveries in Africa are being transferred from VFI to Solarpop (in South Africa) and this is estimated to take 6 weeks. This is longer than we had hoped and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

North America - the container has finally been released from customs! The ship arrived on the 9th August and was held in a queue at customs for a physical check for weeks. Flying Cloud are our fulfilment provider and they will be working hard to get the games out for delivery early next week. The shipping confirmation emails will come from [email protected]. For the USA, our delivery provider varies from order to order based on weight and destination, but the majority of US orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Canada orders will ship via DHL eCommerce. Those shipments will be shipped via a “duty paid” method, so that the packages arrive at their destination hassle-free.
Europe - the boat arrived on the 27th August, 12 days later than expected and we are currently waiting for customs clearance. We will update you with progress at customs and when the games arrive at the fulfilment hub. Fulfilment Europe are our fulfilment provider, shipping notifications will come from their service desk address [email protected] and their main carrier is DHL.
Asia & Africa - VFI have begun their fulfilment in Asia. Deliveries in Africa are being transferred from VFI to Solarpop in a couple of weeks. We will update backers in Africa once Solarpop have received the shipment from VFI.
